Refund & Cancellation Policy


All payments must be paid on or prior to the day of your scheduled service. There is no charge for canceling a scheduled service with more than 24 hours notice.  However, if our team arrives at your home at the appropriate time but you ask them not to provide lawn services that day or if our team is prevented from entry for any reason *(such as a change of locks without notification, or if you're on vacation without notification) the full charge for the visit will be made.
